Ben Todi, B.Eng.President
Ben Todi oversees all areas of BMI, and shares responsibility for client outreach and communications.
Ben founded BMI in 2008 and has been intimately involved in Toronto's condominium industry since BMI's inception. Ben completed the Property Management course from Humber College in 2003, and he has since sat on various Condominium Boards of Directors.
From 2013 to 2015, Ben was elected as Vice President at Nautilus, 16 Brookers Lane. In 2016 Ben was elected to the board of TSCC 2496 Ocean Club Condominium, where he again served as Vice President. Currently, Ben has been elected by the condominium residents to serve an additional three-year term ending in 2020 at Ocean Club.
Ben holds a B.S from University of Tirana and a Property Management Diploma from Humber College.
Duane KentCHIEF TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
With over 35 years' experience in Toronto's competitive plumbing and HVAC industries, Duane has earned a reputation as one of the foremost experts in the industry. He serves as BMI's Technical Director.
Duane is responsible for overseeing the technical day to day operations of BMI. Duane has a Red Seal Interprovincial Plumber License, a Master Plumber and a Master Heating License, and is a Licensed Gas- Fitter (with propane).
Duane leads BMI's technical team, and regularly meets with the city's top
engineering firms to prepare and execute large-scale projects for BMI.
Philip TrevorFOREMAN & PROJECT MANAGER
With over 31 years' experience as a plumber, and 25 of those years having been focused on high-rise servicing, Phil serves as BMI's foreman and chief supervisor.
Phil is extremely knowledgeable about all
elements of plumbing and HVAC, and leads BMI's crews-using his vast knowledge and expertise to find
the most efficient means to execute both large and small projects.
