FAN COIL & RISER REPLACEMENT

299 MILL RD.

This project involved removing and replacing 436 fancoil
units and risers in a building known to contain asbestos.
Before the units were removed, our abatement team first
contained the area and performed the asbestos removal procedure.
During the entire project, frequent air-quality tests were conducted
in order to ensure that residents would never be exposed to any asbestos.
This project was projected to last for 8 months, but the BMI team completed
everything two months ahead of schedule.

This project involves removing and replacing 436 fancoil
units and risers in a building known to contain asbestos,
just like in 299 Mill Rd. This project is currently in progress,
and is moving very quickly. Residents and the Board have written to
management about how pleased they are with the professionalism and quality
of the BMI team.

COMPLETE RISER REPLACEMENT

131 BEECROFT RD.

This project consists of replacing the entire building's
riser copper pipes with new ones. The building has a low zone
and high zone, and the BMI team began the project with the low zone.
Once the low zone is completed, BMI will move to the high zone to
continue with the riser replacements. After each riser is replaced,
BMI technicians install valves at each unit, with access panels.
Finally, BMI's finishing team completes the drywall repair in order
to professionally seal the openings, returning the units to good as
new condition.

ENTIRE BUILDING
DHW & HEATING BOILER REPLACEMENTS

438 RICHMOND ST WEST

All the Domestic Hot Water and Heating Boilers in the
building were removed and replaced with high efficiency
models. In addition, the entire mechanical loop piping was
redone in order to accommodate the new boilers. Testing and
startup were also included in the project.

HEATING BOILER REPLACEMENTS

21 CARLTON ST

All of the Heating boilers in the building were
replaced with high efficiency models. The project
included removing the old heating boilers, replacing
them with new high efficiency units, and testing and
startup.
